Jim is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, who has spent the majority of his business career in the Northeast. He came to the Outer Banks in 2002 and immediately fell in love with the area. A REALTOR® for 19 years, he has sold, managed and taught real estate in NJ, PA and NC. He is the past president of the Hunterdon/Somerset County, NJ Association of Realtors. While serving with the New Hope, PA volunteer fire department, he was elected Captain of the Fire Police and served as secretary of the board of directors. In 2002, he was chosen for the Emergency Services Award by the Central Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. Jim, his wife Kit and their Shih Tzu puppy "Princess" are happy to be on the Outer Banks of NC and Jim is ready to serve your real estate needs.
